Summer Intern in the Shiels lab

Qualification I have studied for: Technician degree in Bioanalyses and control (ENCPB, Paris, France, 2013), B.Sc. in Bioinformatics engineering (Université de Poitiers, France, 2014).

Qualification I will study for: : M.Sc in Bioinformatics engineering and Physiology (Université de Poitiers, France).

Internship subject: “Study of adrenoreceptors on myocytes of Oncorhynchus mykiss”. To understand what adrenoreceptor is adrenaline working through in this model, I measure Ik1 current using patch-clamp technique on both ventricle and atria of the cardiac cells.

Personal info: I like playing music, hiking, cinema and travelling.
